For those that find New World Sauvignons just too much of a good thing, just try this one!
Gorgeous nose, all the right words come to mind, and I urge anyone to try it with ‘Hebridean Smokehouse’ Smoked Scallops on your own Blinis, with the usual shalloty, creme fraiche! Heaven on earth, and at a fraction of the price of the same at any restaurant!
It is, however, too easily drunk. now where did I put those scallops? Its medium body would accompany these too, and any seafish, but don’t drown them in a cream sauce.
It is a topper of a Sauvignon Blanc!
