May is National Wine Month

Article date: 1 May 2011

National Wine Month events

The aim is to get the great British public enjoying more wine and to broaden its repertoire.

There are events up and down the country where you can taste new and exciting wines. You can also take part in a “Tongue Map” survey – details are on the Make Time For Wine website.

National Wine Month has been setup by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), the biggest provider of wine education in the world. The WSET’s London Wine & Spirit School will also be running a month-long programme of events featuring wines from all over the world at its base near London Bridge.
